While we’re confident that you’ll love your mpluss products, for security reasons, we do not accept any returned packages that have been opened or consumed.

We do accept returns of any unopened packages during the first 14 days, starting from the day you received your product. If for any reason you’re unhappy with the product, contact our support team at support@mmpluss.com. Please note, this return excludes shipping and handling.  This guarantee applies only to specific products, and approved refund requests do not include shipping and handling fees.

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned within 14 days of purchase, unopened and in the original packaging.
2. Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the return is received.
3. Exceptions: Certain products may not be eligible for a refund due to hygiene and safety reasons. This will be clearly stated in the product description.
